    THE MODERN
BRAIN PROGRAM Start your brain wellness journey.

The brain is the primary control center for your body. Without it, you would not be alive. However, the brain has a secondary purpose: It’s responsible for controlling your physical, emotional, and mental states. Like our bodies, the brain moves through an aging process, suffering both reversible and irreversible damage, and becoming more fragile over time. The way the brain ages and the symptoms the process produces are individual. Damage, or aging to the brain can occur in a number of ways, but most commonly through natural brain aging or injury.

Brain health is a complex topic that affects everyone. We live in an aging society and are living longer than ever before. With individuals living an average of 78 years in theUS, the brain’s life has been extended longer than before and is therefore, more prone to age-related diseases. In the US alone, there are 5.7 million individuals living with Alzheimer's disease - and this number is predicted to triple to 15 million by 2050. Besides Alzheimer’s dementia there are a number of other neurodegenerative diseases, both age-related and due to genetic mutations, as well as related to trauma including traumatic brain injuries and post concussion syndromes.

THE DIFFERENT WAYS YOUR BRAIN AGES

Natural Brain Aging is inherent to our aging process, however, the rate at which the brain ages varies from person to person. Brain aging symptoms can start to show in an individual as early as in their 40s or 50s - most commonly as memory lapses. From minor memory lapses to tiredness, we caffeinate to combat these symptoms however, we’re not curing the underlying causes of natural brain degeneration. As your brain ages, you may notice:
    • Forgetting appointments; important or otherwise
    • Slowed multi-tasking capabilities
    • Difficulty in learning something new
    • Difficulty in recalling numbers and names
Neurodegenerative Diseases cause your brain to prematurely deteriorate over a period of time by damaging tissues and nerves. Examples include: Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer dementia, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), and Huntington’s disease.

For such diseases, damage is progressive and permanent.

Brain Injuries are a result of damage to brain tissue, nerves, and/or neurons arising from blunt trauma.

    THE MODERN BRAIN PROCESS

THE BRAIN TEST Not your average EEG. The first step is to test your brain by mapping brainwave patterns. While EEG measures your brain electrical activity, Quantitative Electroencephalography (qEEG) adds a layer of definition by mapping the underlying cause of human behavior and cognitive function.

Your unique brain-map will pinpoint specific areas of the brain that are deteriorating and where you need to focus.

    THE THERAPY

Your qEEG results will guide your brain wellness discussions and journey. Therapies may include a combination of:

    Neuro-feedback
A training system for the brain, neuro-feedback gradually trains the brain’s cognitive functions without the use of medications. Think of neuro-feedback as physical therapy for your brain. It’s goal is to restore brain activity to its optimal conditions. Neuro-feedback affects fast and slow brainwave activity by initiating a reward-based system that rewards appropriate patterns. By restoring healthy brainwave activity, symptoms may eventually improve.
    Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT)
Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) chamber that flows oxygen under pressurization greater than sea level pressure. HBOT works by delivering oxygen into your body under pressure. It has been found to improve oxygenation of the body tissue, facilitate formation of new blood vessels, decrease inflammatory processes, strengthen the immune system, promote the body’s recovery after injuries, as well as block the effects of some toxins to your cells.
    Vitamin Infusions
Consistently meeting your daily recommended essential nutritional targets for brain health and wellness through diet alone can be quite difficult. Even with a healthy diet of fruits and vegetables, you may be impacted by factors out of your control, such as the quality of the soil the fruits and vegetables are grown in. So even if you’re getting enough calories, it may be a challenge to get enough vitamins from food alone. This is where IV vitamin drip therapy comes in. Vitamin drip therapy delivers the micronutrients directly to your cells, right where you need it most.

Our IV vitamins blends are custom mixed for each patient. Most of the time they include powerful antioxidants such as alpha lipoic acid and glutathione to fight oxidative stress that is shown to contribute to premature brain aging.
    NAD+
NAD+, or nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide infusion therapy one of the most powerful alternative IV NAD+ is a coenzyme that works with Vitamin B3 found in every cell in the body and is involved in hundreds of metabolic processes including mitochondrial health and cellular energy. We are born with a high amount of it, which is why children have such high energy levels and have high aptitudes for learning and memory. As we age, NAD+ levels decrease, starting around 40 years old and believed to be reduced by as much as half by the time we are 60 years old.

NAD+ facilitates the metabolism of nutrients into energy and works as a helper molecule for proteins that regulate other cellular functions.
